Color me,
Color me in red-
For every single time I've wished you dead-
Dye me,
Oh dye me in blue-
Cause I'm so sad without you-
Paint me,
Paint me in black-
So I can try to take my love back!-
But draw me,
Draw me in white-
For I'm just a shell-
Of myself-
In the night-
(chorus)
Go on now but-
You can't change me,
You can't change me,
So don't even try-
Cause I know that
Hope is life's sweetest poison-
And love,
Just a bitter lie!-
Go on now but,
You can't change me,
You can't change me!
It don't matter,
Caus in the end-
I'm still too scared to forget you,
But too brave to keep on waiting!-
Carve my heart,
Oh carve it out of stone-
So that I'll be strong enough to stand on my own-
Cast my eyes,
Oh cast them in steel-
So I can forget all the pain I feel!-
Mold my soul out of clay-
So I can wash everything away!-
But please,
For my sake-
Don't pick up the pieces,
When I break!-
(chorus)
Go on now but-
You can't change me,
You can't change me,
So don't even try-
Cause I know that
Hope is life's sweetest poison-

It don't matter,
Cause in the end-
I'm still too scared to forget you,
But too brave to keep on waiting!-
I've tried to let you go-
But my heart refuses to move on!-
Oh I ask myself,
Every night!-
What's the point,
If you're already gone?!-
Go on now but-
You can't change me,
You can't change me,
So don't even try-
Cause I know that
Hope is life's sweetest poison,
And love-
Just a bitter lie!-
Go on but,
You'll never change me,
You'll never change me!-
You never had to try-
Cause hope just kills me,
And I can't change a lie-

find your way back
For Danna. Sorry.
The kitchen was a mess. Bowls were strewn over the countertops, dirty dishes everywhere. Salad ingredients lay wilting on the table and a pot of soup was decomposing on the stove. Michelle and Yael were cooking. Their mother would have told them to clean up as they went, not to make such a big mess. But they didn’t have to worry about that right now.
“Okay, yeah, so just mix that-“
“Got it”
“And…now add four tablespoons lemon juice.”
“Four ta-like, are you positive? That’s a lot of lemon juice.“
“Oh no, no, okay wait, I lied, teaspoons”

Walking On
Standing - Alone - on a beachfront: the one constant pitch of the rugged ocean breeze crackles through my hair and my sodden layers. With my hands wedged firmly in my pockets I watch as a grey sky slides overhead and listen intently to the deep blue sea just in case it has any secrets to share with me.
No sleep or work to be had - only observing.
Occasionally I think to hear somebody calling my name from behind: I turn to find only quiet dunes, so I return my eyes to the sea again.
It is only when I hear footsteps that my attention is divided.
A girl; all I can see walking. I cannot tell her height, the colour of her eyes, her hair, her s

Which Way?
Have you seen me?
Walking down a winding road
Have you met me?
In the early morning
Did you ask me where I was going?
And what did I say
Did I know myself better?
Than I do these days
Have you traveled there again since then?
Along that dusty trail
Have you seen my shadow wondering?
As the trees in cold wind sway
Do you hear me crying?
Which way
Which way?

This one is basically a Shoujo manga set-up, with more of a Josei feel (shoujo is a classic manga for girls and Josei is for older women, as in, 17+). A girl falls in love with her bestfriend, he has to move out of necessitty, and she never tells him how she feels. Aftterwords she feels like cr@p and can't seem to do anything. Her friend was a really good artist, so she starts to imagine what she'd ask him to make her of.
Between highschool, clubs, laundry, and cooking ( head chef at my house!) I've been lucky to have enough time to sleep (which I don't, so I'm a perpetual ), let alone even check my inbox! Therefore, I sincerely apologize to anyone who's been sending me anything at all .

Since you commented my work I thought I'd return the favor This song is absolutely beautiful. It's simple and easy enough to relate to. The concrete rhythm you have aallows me to actual imagine music behind the words. Good job! Please, keep it up! I'd love to read more of your work!
